ISO – International Organization for Standardization 𝐓𝐂𝟐𝟐 𝐒𝐂𝟑𝟑 𝐖𝐆𝟗 took place at Tsukuba, Japan, on 6th to 7th of November 2024.
Experts met to discuss current and future standards in the 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟑𝟒𝟓𝟎𝐗-𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, while finaliseing details for ISO 34505 as it nears publication.
Participants were fortunate enough to get a tour of the super impressive facilities at the 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 (𝐉𝐀𝐑𝐈), especially their Environment Testing Facility, where they can create artificial rain, fog, and lighting conditions.
EVENTS was represented by WMG, who discussed standards on behaviour competency and scenario language.
